Returns & Warranty

Product Condition & Claims: 

All bottles are sold fresh from the manufacturer unless specified otherwise, and we securely tape all smaller bottles before they leave the store to minimize the risk of leaks during shipping.

Please inspect your order for any damage that might have happened during transit. If you find any genuine issues with damaged items, reach out to us with details and photos as proof, including images of the packaging and any signs of leakage, damage, or tampering. Claims need to be submitted within 7 days of receipt so we can file a claim with the carriers.

Warranties:

– PH Probes & Pens (non-replaceable probes): 6 months from purchase.

– Lamps/Bulbs: 6 months from purchase date.

All Other Products: 1 year under Australian Consumer Law or manufacturer warranty.

Exchanges:

– If you’d like to swap an item for a different one, please return it to us in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receiving it. After we get the returned item, we’ll send out the new one to you. Please note that any extra fees and shipping costs will be covered by the customer.

Returns:

– Defective Returns within 14 days: 

If you experience any issues with an item within the first 14 days after receiving it, please reach out to us via email or phone. We will assess whether the item should be returned, and if necessary, we will arrange for the return shipping or reimburse you for the postage. Once we receive the item, we will evaluate whether it can be repaired or if a replacement is needed. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for shipping to prevent any damage. Keep in mind that items that arrive damaged, broken, or altered in any way will not be covered by the warranty.

– Defective Returns AFTER 14 days:

If you experience an issue with your item after the first 14 days of receiving it, please reach out to us via phone or email. The customer will need to cover the shipping costs to return the item. Once we receive it, we’ll assess whether it can be repaired or if a replacement is necessary. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged for shipping to prevent any damage. Keep in mind that items that arrive damaged, crushed, or altered in any way will not be covered by the warranty.

– New Product Returns:

Accepted within 7 days of receipt, at our discretion.

Some items are non-returnable:
– Nutrients, additives, lamps/lights, growing substrates
– Custom items, special orders, cut-to-size items
– Commercial quantities, clearance items

– Returning a New Product:

If you’d like to return an item in new condition, just give us a call or send us an email. Please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. Keep in mind that all shipping costs will be covered by the customer. After we receive and check the item, we’ll process your refund, deducting the shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
